As an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, I have had the privilege of delving into various facets of healthcare, from patient care to clinical research. My journey began as a Clinical Research Coordinator focusing on liquid oncology and BMT, where I honed my skills in data analysis, patient monitoring, and protocol compliance. This experience not only deepened my understanding of medical research but also equipped me with a unique perspective on evidence-based practice.

Transitioning into a progressive care certified RN role allowed me to merge my clinical expertise with a passion for high acuity patient care. Serving as a charge nurse further refined my leadership skills, while mentoring new nurses and nursing students ignited a desire to impart knowledge and foster growth within the healthcare community. My extensive familiarity with EPIC and various EMRs has streamlined documentation processes, enabling me to provide efficient and thorough patient care. In the realm of adult-gerontology acute care, clinical research expertise plays a crucial role in advancing evidence-based practice and improving patient outcomes. My background in both clinical practice and research allows me to bridge the gap between theory and application, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care rooted in the latest research findings. As I embark on this new chapter as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, I am excited to leverage my diverse skill set to make a positive impact on patient care. Whether collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in hospitals or contributing to cutting-edge research initiatives at academic institutions, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of nursing excellence. Thank you for visiting my professional portfolio. I look forward to the opportunity to connect and collaborate in the dynamic world of adult-gerontology acute care.
